Compensation
Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year.
We have both Junior and Senior ODR levels based on experience and production. You are paid on results: appointments set and run, and deals that close from your opportunities.
Flat-rate pay structure. No cap. No ceiling.
For the right person, this can be an incredible earning opportunity.
Growth Path (If You Want It)

How to run inspections.
