Client Success Manager

Residential Roofing Sales

Great With People? Ready for a Bigger Opportunity?

Price Roofing Co. is hiring Client Success Managers for residential roofing and exterior sales in Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle.

Maybe you’re an experienced roofing salesperson who already knows what you can produce, but you’re looking for a better company to stand behind you. Maybe you’ve built a successful career in another industry and are ready for more control over your income and future. Or maybe you’ve never had “sales” in your job title, but you know how to connect with people, earn their trust, and get things done.

We want to meet you.

This is an opportunity to build a rewarding sales career, spend your days in the field instead of behind a desk, and earn an income that reflects your effort and results.

Strong producers have the potential to earn $125,000-$200,000+ annually, with uncapped commissions. There is no artificial ceiling on what a strong salesperson can build here. We’ll explain the compensation structure clearly so you can understand the opportunity before you make a decision.

Already Selling Roofing? You Know the Company Behind You Counts.

If you’ve been in roofing sales for any length of time, you already know the commission plan is only part of the story. What happens after the contract is signed matters just as much. Does production communicate? Can you get answers when you need them? Does the company stand behind its work? When you make a promise to a customer, do you have confidence that the people behind you will help you keep it?

Price Roofing has been serving Amarillo and the Texas Panhandle since 1978. That kind of history doesn’t happen by accident. It comes from decades of serving customers, standing behind the work, and building a name people recognize. For an experienced salesperson, that matters. You’ll have access to marketing efforts, coaching, CRM technology, established processes, and a team committed to quality work and good customer service. You’ll still own your pipeline, your relationships, and your results, but you won’t be expected to carry every part of the operation on your back. Your experience matters here, and so do your ideas. We want strong producers who can sell, take care of customers, and help us continue building the company.

If you know how to produce and you’re ready for a company you can confidently put your name behind, let’s talk.

New to Roofing? You May Be Exactly Who We’re Looking For.

You do not need roofing experience to build a successful career in roofing sales. We can teach roofing. We can teach you how to assess a property, understand roofing and exterior systems, work through our sales process, prepare estimates, use our technology, and guide homeowners through a project. What we’re looking for is harder to teach. We want people with work ethic, integrity, confidence, curiosity, resilience, follow-through, and the ability to make others feel comfortable trusting them. You may come from automotive sales, insurance, claims adjusting, real estate, home improvement, or another sales profession. Your background might be in construction, agriculture, oil and gas, the skilled trades, project management, field operations, or another industry where people expect you to solve problems and get things done.

We’d also like to meet veterans, first responders, teachers, coaches, former athletes, hospitality professionals, and others who are comfortable talking with people face-to-face, managing their own day, and being accountable for results.

Your previous job title matters a lot less to us than what you bring with you. If you’re coachable, competitive, dependable, and willing to create opportunities instead of waiting for them, there may be a place for you here.

Women can build great careers in this industry, too. Roofing sales should not be viewed as a career only for men. Some of the qualities that make someone exceptional in sales have nothing to do with being the loudest person in the room. Great salespeople listen well, communicate clearly, build relationships, notice details, earn trust, and follow through. Those strengths translate extremely well in roofing.

Women can be very successful in this industry, and we want more women building successful careers at Price Roofing. You do not have to fit anyone’s stereotype of what a roofing salesperson is supposed to look or act like. You need to be willing to learn the business, talk to people, create opportunities, take responsibility, and produce results.

If that sounds like you, we want to have the conversation.

A Company With Roots

There are roofing companies that appeared after the latest storm. Price Roofing has been serving this area since 1978. For more than four decades, homeowners and businesses throughout the Texas Panhandle have trusted Price Roofing to protect their properties. That history means something to us, and we want the next generation of our company to be even stronger than the one that came before it. That requires good people. We want people who tell the truth, communicate well, take responsibility, and care about their reputation. We want people who understand that customers remember how they were treated long after the roof is finished.

We also believe that being good at sales and being good to people are not opposites. In fact, the best salespeople understand that those two things should go together. That’s part of what we mean when we say: The Right Roof at The Right Price.

This Is Sales, and We Want People Who Want to Sell.

You’ll need to create opportunities, meet people, ask questions, follow up, build relationships, ask for referrals, manage a pipeline, and confidently ask customers for their business when we are the right solution. You’ll hear no sometimes. That comes with the territory. The people who succeed are the ones who keep going, stay organized, and understand that consistent follow-up is part of professional selling.

We want hunters, but we want professional hunters. That means people who know that great salesmanship is not about tricking someone, pressuring them, or delivering a memorized pitch. It is about understanding what someone needs, earning their confidence, explaining the solution clearly, asking for the business, and then doing what you said you would do. That approach creates more than contracts. Over time, it creates reviews, referrals, repeat customers, relationships, and a reputation that starts opening doors before you knock on them.

More Than a Sale. More Than a Roof.

Most homeowners do not wake up excited to buy a roof. Usually, something happened. Maybe there is a leak. Maybe a storm came through. Maybe an insurance claim is involved. Maybe the roof is simply worn out, and the homeowner does not know who they can trust.

That is where you come in.

As a Client Success Manager, you’ll create opportunities, build relationships, assess customers’ needs, and recommend solutions you can stand behind. You’ll respond quickly, follow up consistently, document what you find, keep your pipeline current, and communicate before customers have to chase you. And when you earn someone’s business, you do not collect a signature and disappear. You stay connected through the project, work with our team, and help make sure the customer receives the experience you promised. That is not just good customer service. It is good salesmanship.

Training That Gives You a Real Chance to Win

If you’re new to roofing, we are not going to hand you a ladder, wish you luck, and hope you figure everything out on your own.

You’ll have training, coaching, clear processes, technology, and people you can turn to when you have questions. You’ll learn the roofing business, our sales process, how to build and manage a pipeline, how to communicate with homeowners, and how to follow up and close professionally. Then we’ll keep coaching you while you put those skills into practice.

For people new to the industry, we also have a ramp-in compensation program for qualifying appointments and closed sales while you’re getting started. We’ll explain the current terms, commission structure, payment timing, and applicable expenses before you join.

Bring the drive. We’ll bring the playbook.

Independence Without Being on an Island

This is a 1099 independent contractor opportunity with flexible scheduling and performance-based, uncapped commissions.

You’ll have freedom in how you manage your day and build your business, but that freedom comes with responsibility. We expect you to prospect, develop relationships, follow up consistently, use our systems, communicate well, and take care of the customers who trust you.

At the same time, we believe strong salespeople should have a company behind them. We invest in training, marketing efforts, technology, systems, and team support because your time is better spent creating opportunities and serving customers than fighting unnecessary chaos behind the scenes. We also provide access to optional resources for independent contractors, including health and other insurance options, telehealth, retirement resources, flexible schedules & time off, and many business tools.

You run your business, but you do not have to build it alone.

What Could This Become?

Maybe your goal is to become one of the highest-producing salespeople in the company. Maybe you want to sharpen your skills, build a six-figure career, and have more control over your future. Over time, you may also want more responsibility, the opportunity to mentor others, or a path toward leadership as the company grows. You do not need to know exactly where that road leads on day one. We simply want people who are interested in going somewhere.

We are not just looking for someone to fill a territory. We are looking for people who can help us build the next chapter of Price Roofing.

Let's Talk

If you are already selling roofing and wondering whether there is a better place to build your career, we want to hear from you. If you have been successful in another industry and believe you could be great at sales, we want to hear from you too. If you are a woman who has never considered roofing sales but sees yourself in what you just read, we hope you will take a serious look at the opportunity. And if you are hungry, coachable, good with people, and ready to find out what you can accomplish when your effort has a direct impact on your income, we should talk.

You do not need the perfect résumé, and you do not need roofing experience. You do need drive, integrity, follow-through, and a willingness to learn.
